Iron Horse Surface Treatment

The common surface treatment methods of the iron horse are as follows:

Spraying: The plastic powder is attached to the surface of the iron horse by electrostatic spraying, and then cured by high temperature baking to form a strong, smooth and beautiful plastic coating, with good weather resistance and anti-rust performance.


Galvanizing: There are two types: hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing is to immerse the iron horse in high-temperature molten zinc to attach a zinc layer to the surface of the iron horse; Electrogalvanizing is to coat the surface of the iron horse with a zinc layer by electrolysis. The zinc layer can effectively prevent the iron horse from rusting and improve its corrosion resistance.
